Choose UPS Next Day Air Shipping at checkout to get a great rate on guaranteed shipping for Christmas. Delivery is by Dec. 24th. This is for U.S. lower 48 states only. All other areas and locations are not available for Christmas delivery. To have a guarantee for Christmas Delivery, you must choose UPS Next Day Air. Please contact us with any questions or how we can get you your order in time. Based on items that are in stock. No back orders. Next Day Air Shipping ends Wednesday 12/21/16 at 2 PM MST.

What Is The Cost of Shipping?


Shipping is determined by a simple rate table based on order total.
Canada or outside U.S. Lower 48 States additional shipping applies to these orders (See below for international options).

Alaska and Hawaii have standard rate shipping above but not eligible for free shipping.

How Are Orders Shipped?
Standard shipping is sent via Fed Ex Ground or USPS Priority Mail from Lindon, Utah. All orders are sent standard shipping unless specified. Orders may ship via USPS (Postal Service) if order permits. All U.S. Orders are sent Standard Shipping (excluding Hawaii). Please provide a physical address when ordering if possible.

How Long Does It Take to Receive My Order?
All orders that are in stock will ship and be received in approx. 4-10 business days depending on ship to address location. Orders that are out of stock may be delayed. We do not accept out of stock orders. Ordering for out of stock products is possible when/if inventory is available. Canada orders will take 7-20 days shipping. Orders are shipped out of UTAH.

Do You Offer Air Shipments? I Need Guaranteed Shipping by a Certain Date?
Air shipping is available for Next Day and 2nd Day delivery. However, due to processing time, orders placed will not be received the next day. At least a one day process period is required. If you need a quick shipment please make your order and/or Contact Us (877-705-2266) for escalated processing if possible. Also note that express shipping days do NOT include weekends. Do not count Saturday and Sunday as part of shipping times. (Example: order is placed on Thursday for a 2-day express, order is shipped the following day on Friday, the two days counted are Monday and Tuesday with delivery being that Tuesday.)

Can You Ship Orders Internationally? On very select countries

We currently ship to Canada, Australia, and the UK. Please contact us to inquire about any other locations.


Promotions and Discounts

From time to time there are special promotions and sales. We do not guarantee pricing and do not credit back or give any special pricing or discounts on past or future orders. You can use them during the time of the promotion. If you forget to include your coupon code, we cannot discount you the difference after the order has been placed.

I Need To Make a Return, Where Do I Ship It Back To?
King's guarantees product from manufacturing defects and will replace a product at no charge to the customer within 90 days. This does not include normal wear and tear, excessive use, or not following washing instructions.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it for a full refund (less shipping and handling) if it is in sell-able condition and in original packaging with tags still attached within 60 days. Please try on your clothes first for correct sizing before you remove any hang tags/stickers.

Add your own logos, screen print, embroidery
If you add your own design or logo onto our apparel, King's will still honor our warranty and guarantee to the item only.  King's will not be responsible for any extra costs on an item if it becomes defective after any screen print or embroidery (or like service) is done. We do not cover any costs for extra services that might be done on a replacement or defective item. Please check all items to make sure they are in good working order and the correct size before having any services done.

King's requires a Return Authorization Number before you send back anything for a return. Please contact us and request a RA number through the contact us page. Also note you can submit for an RA number through your account. Your login would have been emailed to you if you provided your email with your order.

If you are sending back a product to exchange a size, King's will ship out a replacement for a flat fee of $6.00. This fee will be automatically charged on the credit card from the original order. King's does not refund shipping on an exchange or return. Canadian or out of Country exchanges are charged actual shipping rate back.
