All The Benefits Without Restrictions
Traditional down has its shortcomings when it gets wet - it loses all its lofting and insulating power and takes forever to dry. That's why we've chosen a new waterproof treated down technology to overcome these faults and deliver a jacket that pushes the expectation of packable down.

From our customers
Got hit by a cold front turkey hunting, and couldn't make a fire. I put these pants over my hunting pants and stayed warm getting camp ready. Then wore them as thermals to sleep in, in the 30s and I was toasty - love these.
The XKG Down Transition Pant has two main roles in my set up.
1. Lightweight, super-warm packable insurance. 2. When not in use, provide a boundary of protection and keep the spotting scope from sloshing around in the pack.
Done and done. You'll love them.

XKG Transition Pant = Amazing!
Best late season pant ever. I used these on a bison hunt in December in Utah and they were perfect. So lightweight and warm. One of my favorite pieces of hunting gear.

Great I love them for riding in the side by side when it’s cold and they are also great for glassing in the cold mountain side
Good piece of equipment
That’s good, I slide them on when I’m glassing for a long periods of time
XKG Down Pant Review
Overall I enjoy wearing these pants. They are great for trips to the outhouse, cold mornings, and when glassing/hunting. My issues are mainly "puffy" issues. The pant is made of easy to tear fabric and the crotch is just asking to be split if you plan to walk in these for extended periods. If the crotch was gusseted and the fabric more durable I would 5 star these bad boys.
