How do I make a return?

King's guarantees product from manufacturing defects and will replace a product at no charge to the customer within 90 days. This does not include normal wear and tear, excessive use, or not following washing instructions.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it for a full refund (less shipping and handling) if it is in sell-able condition and in original packaging with tags still attached within 60 days. Please try on your clothes first for correct sizing before you remove any hang tags/stickers.

Add your own logos, screen print, embroidery
If you add your own design or logo onto our apparel, King's will still honor our warranty and guarantee to the item only. King's will not be responsible for any extra costs on an item if it becomes defective after any screen print or embroidery (or like service) is done. We do not cover any costs for extra services that might be done on a replacement or defective item. Please check all items to make sure they are in good working order and the correct size before having any services done.

King's requires a Return Authorization Number before you send back anything for a return. Please contact us and request a RA number through the contact us page. Also note you can submit for an RA number through your account. Your login would have been emailed to you if you provided your email with your order.

If you are sending back a product to exchange a size, King's will ship out a replacement for a flat fee of $6.00. This fee will be automatically charged on the credit card from the original order. King's does not refund shipping on an exchange or return. Canadian or out of Country exchanges are charged actual shipping rate back.

What is King’s international shipping policy?

Online orders are not being accepted at this time outside of the U.S. and Canada. If you have an International Order please Contact Us for possible opportunities. We currently ship to many outside countries (Australia, New Zealand, Great Britain, etc.). We are working on bringing a new international partnership that will allow us to ship to over 100 countries worldwide giving you real time shipping quotes with duties and customs information. Stay tuned for more information.

Where are you located?

King's has recently moved to a new location that includes our office, warehouse and outlet.  You are welcome to come by and visit and checkout our items in our outlet.  We are right off I-15 exit 275 Pleasant Grove Blvd (west side).  Look for our freeway sign.

Do you have a guide/outfitter program?

If you are a guide or outfitter you have the opportunity to be a part of our King's Guide & Outfitter Program. We are looking for qualified guides and outfitters who we can work together on promoting our products. Please complete the application form to begin the process.

Is my credit card safe on your site?

King's Camo takes your security very seriously. Our on-line store uses the latest 128-bit encryption during checkout. We also process all payments through Authorize.net. We do not store or save your credit card information on any King's servers or computers. Our system is PCI compliant and hacker scanned for protection. Just make sure when you are checking out, that you see the green https:// with the lock up in the corner of the domain name ensuring you are on an secure, encrypted page.

I can’t login to my account?

If you are making an online order and trying to log into your account, please be aware that your unique identifier as a customer is your email address.  We understand that remembering all of the different usernames and passwords can be difficult. Also keep in mind that the last time you logged in could have been with another email address or someone else in the family.  If you have forgotten your password, simply click on the 'reset password' link and you will be sent a temporary password. Once logged into your account you can go in and reset the password to what you would like.

If you are having any troubles, please contact us and we can do a reset on your password. We cannot see your password. The only option we have is to reset it for you.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

All orders that are in stock will ship and be received in approx. 4-10 business days depending on ship to address location. Orders are usually shipped within 48 hours of being placed (not counting Saturday & Sunday). Orders that are out of stock may be delayed. We do not accept out of stock orders. Ordering for out of stock products is possible when/if inventory is available. Canada orders will take 7-20 days shipping. Orders are shipped out of UTAH.

What is your guarantee?

Of course your satisfaction is important to us. King's guarantees products for 90 days from purchase of any defects, whether it is manufacturing or workmanship.

Can I resell your products?

King's Camo has a dealer program and is excited about finding new store locations who are interested in selling our products.  Please see our Become A Dealer page for more information.

I am interested in licensing your pattern?

King's Camo does have a License Program which allows other companies and manufactures to use our camouflage patterns on their products. This can be either with material and soft good products, to film and hard goods dipping and everything in between. We are a company that owns and develops our own industry leading patterns that have been used with many companies like Oakley, Russell, and Howa. To inquire about a possible licensing partnership, please contact us.

Do you provide will call or pick up for locals?

Yes, since we have moved into our new location we are now offering Outlet Pickup as an option for orders. If you would like to make a purchase, you now have the option to ship it or pick it up at our Outlet location in Lindon, UT. Please give us a call at 833-889-8972 to place your order and allow up to 48 hours for order pickup availability (not including weekends).

Do you charge sales tax?

King's Camo is based out of Utah, so all orders that are placed and shipping to Utah will be charged the current sales tax rate. All orders outside of Utah will not be charged any sales tax.
