Joining our Loyalty Program is easy and free. You can create a new Loyalty Program account at kingscamo.com or sign up in store with the help of one of our store associates.

Status is determined by how much you spend within 365 days at kingcamo.com and at the Kings showroom (after promotional offers, before taxes and shipping charges are applied) when you check out with an account that has been registered for the loyalty program. Visit our terms and conditions page to view full program details.

Once you are in Backcountry or VIP Summit status, you will be in that tier for one year from the date you unlocked it. If you keep interacting with the tier during the next 6 months, you will maintain your status or even move up a tier. If your account is dormant for more than 6 months, your status will expire.

Each purchase at kingscamo.com or in the Kings Camo Outlet will earn you points. Every dollar spent earns 1 point in the Basecamp tier, 1.25 points in the Backcountry tier, and 1.5 points in the VIP Summit tier. 500 points converts to a $25 reward.

Upon the return of an item, the spend amount applied to your tier status for the original purchase will be deducted from your account and any points earned on the items returned will be deducted from your account.

All Kings loyalty members will be invited to redeem a birthday offer during the month of their birthday. Notification will be sent to you via email. If your birthday is added to your account or updated to be within 30 days of the update date, there will be a 30 day delay on the issuance of your birthday gift.

Free shipping will come in the form of rewards that you can redeem at checkout. You will receive a promo code within your account. By joining the program, you instantly get free shipping on $150+ orders. Then, with each level you get a lower threshold - Backcountry is free shipping on orders $99+ and VIP Summit is free standard shipping of any order size. This is only for U.S. lower 48. You must be logged into your account in order to take advantage of this offer.

You may cancel your Loyalty Program membership at any time by sending an email to service@kingscamo.com. Upon cancellation, any points accrued will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed and you will no longer be eligible for program benefits.

Points are not earned on gift card purchases or for the amount of a purchase paid with a gift card.

You can check your loyalty program point balance anytime at kingscamo.com - use the launcher on the left hand side when logged in to see your balance.

Every 500 points you earn will unlock a $25 reward redeemable for a coupon code by burning 1 point. You will need to redeem this in your account once it’s awarded, then once you redeem, you will have 30 days before it expires.

You can see your rewards in your account launcher tab on the left side of the screen. Click redeem within each reward to get access to the coupon code.

Points earned from engaging with Kings - product reviews, uploading photos, and subscribing to our newsletter are instant. Points earned from purchases will appear after 30 days in your account. This allows time for us to process orders in case of return/exchanges. We appreciate your patience.

You can ship anywhere in the world however free shipping will only apply to the lower 48 states.

You cannot apply points to an order. You can only accrue points to unlock exclusive offers and to receive rewards which can be on purchases.

No, there is no limit to the number of points you can earn.
